Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal — Teakea

At Teakea, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If a product does not meet your expectations, you will find all the information about your right of withdrawal, how to return a product, and when you will receive your refund.

Your right of withdrawal (EU law)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including original shipping costs.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Please use the original packaging where possible
• All included accessories and documentation must be present
• Visible damage from excessive use may result in a reduction in value

How to return a product

1. Notify us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack: Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
4. Ship: Send the package via a carrier of your choice, or schedule a collection for large furniture.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Exception: if a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, Teakea will cover the full return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications (dimensions, finish, RAL colour) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The purchase is final upon confirmation.
